Carter Kitchen & Bath, part of Carter Lumber’s Kitchen & Bath division, is seeking a Kitchen Design and Sales Representative. You will design spaces for new construction and remodel projects, working directly with builders, contractors, and homeowners to turn measurements into final sales.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to design and to sell to contractors and homeowners
• Excellent knowledge of kitchen and bath cabinetry, materials, finishes, detailing, and trends
• Strong relationship-building skills and excellent communication
• Ability to read blueprints and understand layouts
• Proven sales strategies and ability to close deals

Responsibilities

• Design interior spaces (kitchens, bathrooms, offices, mudrooms, bars) for new construction and remodeling projects
• Work with builders, contractors, and homeowners from measurement to delivery
• Identify sales opportunities and secure final sale
• Utilize 20/20 CAD and Microsoft Office to create designs and quotes
• Maintain prompt follow-through and strong customer communication
