Odds On Promotions, an entity of DOXA, is hiring a detail-oriented IT Technician to support kiosk hardware operations in Reno, NV. The role focuses on ensuring product quality, functionality, and efficiency.

Requirements include strong attention to detail, ability to lift 75+ pounds, and comfort working in a warehouse/technical environment. 60-day probation applies. Full-time, Mon-Fri, $20–$24 per hour with benefits.

Responsibilities

• Unpack inbound equipment and inventory parts.
• Set up, test, and clean kiosk equipment for full functionality.
• Repair damaged hardware and reimage kiosks with clean OS.
• Complete multi-point receiving checklists, including log retrieval and archiving.
• Assist with packing outbound equipment.
• Facilitate freight pickups.
• Support new hardware builds.
• Serve as backup warehouse assistant/forklift operator when required.
