Job summary

Dynamic Lifecycle Innovations, Inc. is seeking a production technician with a hands-on focus on IT hardware, servers, networking gear, and Apple devices in Onalaska, WI.

You will test, diagnose, and process electronics in a fast-paced warehouse setting, not a traditional help desk. Requirement includes a high school diploma and strong hardware troubleshooting, refurbishing knowledge, and the ability to work with ERP systems and basic hand tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong hardware troubleshooting and diagnostics skills.
• Knowledge of computer refurbishing and repair processes.

Responsibilities

• Process IT hardware and production material per defined procedures and meet production goals.
• Work with IT hardware including Apple devices, servers, networking gear, and electronics.
• Verify customer requirements and use tools/software to track material.
• Perform advanced diagnostics to identify and resolve hardware issues.
• Document results using ERP systems and worksheets.
• Evaluate equipment to optimize time, resources, and profitability.
• Support continuous improvements and act as SME when needed.
• Flex into Sort and Refurbishing processes as needed.
