Job summary

Taste of History LLC on the National Mall is seeking a Kiosk Associate to deliver friendly, high-quality service while selling food, snacks, and souvenirs in a fast-paced, iconic setting. You will work in a busy outdoor kiosk near national monuments and help create memorable guest experiences.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, food prep, cashiering, logging health and safety data, restocking, and maintaining a clean, organized work area.

• Excellent customer service and people skills.
• Must be able to work a variety of day, night, weekend, holiday shifts.
• Be able to work independently with little or no supervision.

• Operate the cash register, handle payments accurately, and assist with POS transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kiosk, including counters, equipment, and storage areas.
• Restock items as needed.

Our Kiosk Associates will provide elevated, friendly customer service while selling delicious food, snacks, and souvenirs in a fast-paced, iconic setting. • Majority of shift will be spent on feet in a fast-paced environment, in close proximity to other people and will involve frequent bending, twisting, squatting and lifting up to 25 lbs. frequently and 50 lbs. occasionally

Education and Experience

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Experience: Six months food and beverage experience preferred
