Job summary

Taste of History LLC on the National Mall is seeking a Kiosk Associate to deliver friendly, high-quality service while selling food, snacks, and souvenirs in a fast-paced, iconic setting. You will work in a busy outdoor kiosk near national monuments and help create memorable guest experiences.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, food prep, cashiering, logging health and safety data, restocking, and maintaining a clean, organized work area.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and people skills.
• Must be able to work a variety of day, night, weekend, holiday shifts.
• Be able to work independently with little or no supervision.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service.
• Work in food preparation, packaging, cashiering and fulfilling beverage orders.
• Prepare and serve light food items and beverages, following health and safety standards.
• Adhere to Company recipes and Safe Food Handling procedures.
• Complete all required food and safety logs in a timely and efficient manner.
• Work individually and with the team, to surpass expectations in an efficient, motivated and positive, can-do manner.
• Operate the cash register, handle payments accurately, and assist with POS transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kiosk, including counters, equipment, and storage areas.
• Restock items as needed.
