Description
The primary responsibility of this position is to provide exceptional customer service while operating the point-of-sale (POS) system and assisting with daily coffee kiosk operations. This position is responsible for accurately processing transactions, assisting customers, maintaining cleanliness standards, and supporting beverage and food service operations within the coffee kiosk.

This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.
This job operates in a busy retail and food service environment. Responsibilities are performed within the coffee kiosk and surrounding retail areas with exposure to hot surfaces, beverage preparation equipment, refrigeration, and varying temperatures. The position regularly involves customer interaction and high-volume service periods.
This is a part-time position. Days and hours of work are scheduled Sunday through Saturday during coffee kiosk operating hours, generally between 6:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. Weekend and holiday work may be required as business needs demand. Must attend all mandatory meetings and participate in required trainings.
No travel is expected for this position.
