You’ll partner with call center, dispatch, warehouse, and Lake Havasu leadership to drive growth and consistency.

The role emphasizes coaching, data-driven decision making, and community leadership, with a compensation range reflecting Mohave County benchmarks.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership record managing teams to meet targets.
• Experience in service management, operations, or related roles.
• Ability to drive revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Familiarity with CRM systems; ServiceTitan is a plus.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the Kingman branch's P&L, operations, and growth.
• Lead, coach, and develop the local team.
• Build and maintain a customer-centric culture and service quality.
• Collaborate with call center, dispatch, warehouse, and Lake Havasu leadership.
• Present KPIs to leadership and plan improvements.
