Your resume and cover letter, tailored to exactly what they’re hiring for.
Air Control Home Services is seeking a proven leader to run our Kingman branch. You will own the branch’s results, lead a grow-the-team culture, and deliver top service quality for customers. You’ll partner with call center, dispatch, warehouse, and Lake Havasu leadership to drive growth and consistency.
The role emphasizes coaching, data-driven decision making, and community leadership, with a compensation range reflecting Mohave County benchmarks.
Here's the honest pitch: we're a growing home service company, and Kingman is one of our most important markets. We're looking for a leader who can run the branch like it's their own, take a team that cares about doing good work, and help them perform at the next level. If that sounds like the kind of role you've been waiting for, keep reading.
Forget the standard job description bullets. Here's the real shape of the role:
You'll be accountable for Kingman's results: revenue, profitability, customer satisfaction, safety, and quality. The numbers matter, and you'll be the one driving the team toward them.
One-on-ones, ride-alongs, real training. The people who report to you should be measurably better six months after you start than they are today.
You set the tone for how the branch shows up every day. You'll build a culture of ownership, accountability, and real customer care.
When something goes sideways, you're the one who makes it right, quickly and professionally. Build the team. Recruit, hire, and keep great people. You'll always be thinking about who's next and who's ready to grow.
Kingman doesn't work in a vacuum. You'll work closely with our call center, dispatch, warehouse, and leadership team in Lake Havasu so the branch runs smoothly and grows.
Get involved in the community and help the branch become the name people trust.
You'll know your KPIs cold, present them to leadership regularly, and turn the numbers into a clear plan for what's working, what's not, and what's changing.
Anticipate seasonal spikes and staffing needs so the team is set up to win, not scrambling to keep up.
We're looking for a specific kind of leader. If most of this sounds like you, we should talk:
