• Leadership experience in a role overseeing a team or branch.
• Track record of improving metrics and outcomes.
• Strong communication with customers and teams.

Responsabilidades

• Own the Kingman branch: drive revenue, profitability, customer satisfaction, safety and quality.
• Lead, coach, and develop the team through regular training and performance growth.
• Build a culture of ownership, accountability, and customer care.
• Take care of customers and resolve issues quickly and professionally.
• Recruit, hire, and retain great people for long-term growth.
• Partner with call center, dispatch, warehouse and Lake Havasu leadership to ensure smooth operations.
• Be the face of Air Control in Kingman and engage with the community.
• Tell the story with data by tracking KPIs and turning them into actionable plans.
• Plan ahead for seasonal spikes and staffing needs.
