You will accurately type patient information, collect demographics and insurance details, answer multiple phone lines and schedule various appointments in a patient-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; education/experience equivalent to 2 years preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of telephone etiquette; experience handling multiple lines.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality; detail oriented.
• Proficient in computers, electronic health records (EHR) and software programs.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision; excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with customers, providers and clinic operations.
• Ability to follow oral and written directions.
