Requirements: high school diploma or GED, 21+, ability to type ~35 wpm, computer literacy, and willingness to pass background and fingerprint checks. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required or preferred.
• Ability to demonstrate empathy and compassion to individuals in distress.
• Must be 21 years of age or older and possess a valid driver's license.
• Must be computer literate and type approximately 35 wpm with ~85% accuracy.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks accurately with minimal oversight.
• Fingerprints clearance and background check required.
• Experience with electronic medical records is preferred but not required.
