Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Associates or Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct instruction and assessment in small group and individual settings.
• Provides substitute support as needed.
• Uses data-driven instruction and PSOE frameworks for standards-driven delivery.
• Completes assessments, grading, planning, and conferences within timelines.
• Collaborates with Curriculum Director, Special Education Director, school counselor and other staff to support exceptional needs.
• Ensures appropriate implementation of BIP, FBA, IEPs and 504 programs.
• Completes reporting as requested by administration.
• Contributes to a strong school education team and participates in committees.
• Maintains communication per PSOE frameworks and follows director guidance.
• Assists with workload management and uses systems to track progress.
