Job summary

Paramount Schools of Excellence is seeking an PSOE Instructional Assistant to support classroom instruction, curriculum execution, and student assessment. The role emphasizes adherence to Education Plans, 504/IEP requirements, and maintaining accurate reporting within the school framework.

The position requires collaboration with teachers, counselors, and administrative staff to implement individualized instruction and behavioral strategies, while contributing to a safe and effective learning

Experience in education settings preferred.
Ability to work with diverse groups and maintain professional communication.

Responsibilities

Provides direct instruction and assessment in small group and individual settings.
Provides substitute support as needed.
Uses data-driven instruction and PSOE frameworks to deliver standards-driven instruction.
Completes assessments, grading, planning, and conferences on time.
Collaborates with Curriculum Director, Special Education Director, school counselor, and other staff to support students with exceptional needs.
Ensures proper implementation of BIPs, FBAs, IEPs, and 504 plans.
Completes required reports for administration.
