Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher required.
• Reading Academies certification per TEA or willingness to obtain.
• K-3 teaching eligibility and credentials preferred; bilingual/ESL certifications favored.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver rigorous instruction aligned to state standards.
• Plan and submit weekly lesson plans two weeks in advance.
• Track student progress with formal and informal assessments.
• Communicate student progress to families weekly.
• Maintain a positive classroom environment and behavior management system.
