IDEA Public Schools seeks dedicated teachers to join our K-12 programs in Texas. You will implement district standards and IDEA curricula, assess student progress, and partner with families to support learning goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four‑year institution.
• K‑12 classroom teaching experience preferred.
• Teaching certification required.
• Reading Academies certification for K‑3 or willingness to obtain.
• Bilingual and ESL certifications strongly preferred (not required).

Responsabilités

• Implement state standards and IDEA curricula and assessments.
• Submit weekly lesson plans two weeks in advance.
• Assess student progress and update gradebook weekly.
• Communicate students’ progress with families weekly.
• Utilize technology as a learning and communication tool.
• Maintain a clear behavior management system aligned with campus initiatives.
• Help develop a positive school culture and community.
• Host tutoring sessions as needed and participate in meetings.
