IDEA Public Schools is seeking an Early Education teacher in Texas to ensure students master core academics and social skills while embodying IDEA values. The role involves planning rigorous lessons, assessing mastery, and adjusting instruction based on data, with a focus on helping students achieve college readiness.

Campus leadership opportunities and various stipends may apply. The position offers competitive base pay starting at $63,500 with additional stipends for certifications and campus

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four-year educational institution (required)
• High content-area proficiency evidenced by teaching certification, field of study, or work experience (strongly preferred)
• Experience in a K-12 classroom setting (strongly preferred)
• Reading Academies certification or willingness to obtain TX training within required timelines; bilingual certification strongly preferred (not required)
