YMCA of Northwest North Carolina seeks a Kids Zone Representative to provide safe, engaging supervision and developmental play for children from 6 weeks to 11 years. You will uphold health, safety, and sanitation standards while communicating trustfully with families and staff.

You will lead age-appropriate activities, maintain attendance records, support compliance training, and participate in staff meetings.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16; HS diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must obtain ASHI (CPR) certification within 30 days of employment.
• Experience with children or customer service is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead age-appropriate learning and play activities for children aged 6 weeks to 11 years.
• Provide continuous care with a focus on safety, wellness, and sanitation of the play site.
• Deliver superior customer service to families and greet stakeholders warmly.
• Maintain attendance records, sign-in sheets, and site checklists.
• Participate in staff meetings and mandatory compliance training.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
