Job summary

Life Time Inc. seeks an Academy/Child Center leader to ensure safety, engagement and smooth operations for junior members. You will partner with the Kids Manager to deliver strong customer service, run events, and coach the team.

The role requires 2+ years in children’s programs, supervisory experience, and relevant certifications. Strong communication and organization are essential, with on-site responsibilities and event support.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years experience teaching or working in a children’s program.
• 2 years of supervisory/management experience.
• First Aid, Infant/Child and Adult CPR/AED certifications within 60 days.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in a safe, clean environment for Members and Guests.
• Support events/programming with the Kids Manager to drive participation and revenue.
• Manage payroll within budget and advise the Kids Manager as needed.
• Coach and develop Kids team members; conduct training and feedback.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding of kids team members, and inventory management.
• Assist with supplies, toys, and equipment for the Academy/Child Center and events.
