Michaels in Durham, NC is seeking an energetic events coordinator to plan and run in-store events, including children's birthday parties, crafts classes, and other activities.

You will assist customers, guide them to products, enroll them in Rewards or credit programs, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience while coordinating event logistics.

Strong organizational and people skills, experience with children’s events, and the ability to adjust plans based on client feedback are required.

Formación

• Experience working with children and children's events.
• Excellent people and communication skills.
• Retail or customer service experience required.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized.
• Willingness to stand for long periods and lift packages.
