Responsibilities

• Engage customers and help them shop, locate products, and enroll in rewards programs.
• Instruct and assist participants during crafts and activities.
• Communicate events with clients and store team members.
• Assist with checkout and omni-channel processes as needed.
• Complete administrative tasks such as emails and calls.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards; set up and break down events.
• Stay flexible to adjust plans based on client feedback.
