KidStrong is seeking a General Manager in Portland, OR, to lead sales, operations, and a high-performing team. You will drive membership growth, manage the sales pipeline, and ensure an exceptional family experience.

The role requires leadership in sales, a focus on KPIs, and the ability to engage with families in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. Evening and weekend availability is expected.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of leadership experience in sales, fitness, education, or service-based roles.
• Proven outbound phone sales experience (100+ calls/week preferred).
• Track record of managing KPIs, revenue, scheduling, and team performance.

Responsibilities

• Drive membership growth through high-volume outbound sales and trials.
• Own the full sales pipeline, inbound leads, trials, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Oversee center operations, scheduling, and customer care processes.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members to high performance.
