Job summary

Life Time Inc. in Dayton, OH is seeking a Kids Events Team Member to guide children ages 3–13 through activities such as rock climbing, swimming, arts and crafts, and gym games in a safe, supervised setting.

You will integrate nutrition education into themed activities, foster a positive, energetic atmosphere, and serve as a role model for young participants.

This role requires caring for safety, managing supplies, and helping promote monthly events to boost participation and community fun.

Qualifications

• 1 year of related experience.
• First Aid certification within 60 days.
• CPR/AED certification within 60 days.
• Ability to tolerate loud noises.
• Ability to stand; walk; climb ladders; assist with activities.

Responsibilities

• Engages children in interactive activities including arts and crafts, singing, sports activities, games while maintaining a safe environment
• Leads a group of up to 10 children ages 3-13 with a fun, positive and outgoing attitude while acting as a role model
• Demonstrates positive attitude and actions through a display of courtesy, service, cooperation, hospitality, sensitivity, and professionalism to internal and external customers
• Maintains cleanliness and order of activities and programming in order to ensure safety
• Promotes monthly events and activities in order to increase participation and revenue
• Ensures use of supplies, snacks and drinks follow the amount prearranged by the department budget
