Life Time Inc. in Houston, TX seeks a Kids Events Team Member to guide children through activities such as rock climbing, swimming, arts and crafts, and gym games, while incorporating nutrition education and maintaining a safe, fun environment for ages 3–13.

You will lead groups up to 10 children with a positive, energetic demeanor, serve as a role model, ensure cleanliness, and help promote monthly events to boost participation and revenues.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year of related experience.
• First Aid within 60 days of hire.
• CPR/AED within 60 days of hire.
• Ability to tolerate loud noises.
• Stand, walk, and climb; reach with hands and arms.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Engage children in interactive activities while maintaining safety.
• Lead a group of up to 10 children ages 3–13 with a positive attitude.
• Model courteous and professional behavior toward customers.
• Maintain cleanliness and order of activities for safety.
• Promote monthly events to increase participation and revenue.
• Ensure supplies and snacks follow the department budget.
