Job summary

Life Time Inc. in Mason, OH is seeking a Kids Events Team Member to lead children through rock climbing, swimming, crafts, and games, while weaving nutrition education into themed activities with a strong emphasis on safety and fun for ages 3–13.

You will guide groups of up to 10 kids, model a positive attitude, maintain a clean, safe environment, and help promote monthly events. Evening and weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of related experience.
• First Aid required within the first 60 days of hire.
• Infant/Child and Adult CPR/AED required within the first 60 days of hire.
• Ability to tolerate loud noises.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Engages children in interactive activities with a safe environment.
• Leads groups of up to 10 children ages 3-13 with a positive attitude.
• Demonstrates courtesy, service, cooperation, hospitality, and professionalism.
• Keeps activities and programming clean and safe.
• Promotes monthly events to increase participation and revenue.
• Uses supplies and snacks per department budget.
