Job summary

Life Time is seeking a Kids Events Team Member to guide children through activities such as rock climbing, swimming, arts & crafts, and gym games, while integrating nutrition education for ages 3 to 13. This role emphasizes safety, fun, and positive role-modeling in a dynamic family environment.

The position requires at least 1 year of related experience, First Aid and CPR/AED within 60 days, and the ability to work evenings and weekends, with a commitment to inclusivity and high-quality

Qualifications

• 1 year of related experience.
• First Aid within 60 days of hire.
• Infant/Child and Adult CPR/AED within 60 days of hire.
• Ability to tolerate loud noises.
• Ability to stand, walk, use hands and climb ladders.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Engages children in interactive activities including organized arts and crafts, singing, sports activities, games while maintaining a safe environment.
• Leads a group of up to 10 children ages 3-13 with a fun, positive and outgoing attitude while acting as a role model.
• Demonstrates courteous, service-oriented, cooperative, hospitable and professional behavior to customers.
• Maintains cleanliness and order of activities and programming to ensure safety.
• Promotes monthly events and activities to increase participation and revenue.
• Ensures supplies, snacks and drinks follow department budget.
