Job summary

Life Time is seeking a Kids Events Team Member to guide children through activities such as rock climbing, swimming, arts and crafts, and gym games, while integrating nutrition education with themed programming and maintaining a high level of safety and fun for ages 3–13.

You'll engage groups up to 10 children with a positive, energetic attitude, model professional behavior, and help promote monthly events to boost participation and revenue.

Qualifications

• 1 year of related experience.
• First Aid certification within 60 days of hire.
• Infant/Child and Adult CPR/AED certification within 60 days of hire.
• Ability to tolerate loud noises.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods, use hands and climb ladders.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Engages children in interactive activities including organized arts and crafts, singing, sports activities, games while maintaining a safe environment.
• Leads a group of up to 10 children ages 3-13 with a fun, positive and outgoing attitude while acting as a role model.
• Demonstrates courtesy, service, cooperation, hospitality, sensitivity, and professionalism to customers.
• Maintains cleanliness and order of activities to ensure safety.
• Promotes monthly events and activities to increase participation and revenue.
• Ensures supplies, snacks and drinks are used according to department budget.
