Job summary

US Fitness is hiring a Kids' Club Associate in Holly Springs, GA to create a safe, engaging space for children while parents relax. You will greet families, manage check-in/out, lead age-appropriate activities, and ensure safety and cleanliness.

This full-time role supports club programs and emergencies and offers benefits and growth opportunities. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 6+ months of childcare experience preferred, and CPR/AED certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Greet families and handle check-in, drop-off, and pick-up per club standards.
• Engage kids with games, crafts, and activities; supervise free play.
• Respond to each child's physical and emotional needs with care.
• Keep the space spotless and safe; sanitize toys/equipment and follow safety procedures.
• Label belongings, track parent info, and complete simple paperwork.
• Communicate with parents; elevate questions/concerns to a manager as needed.
• Attend required meetings/trainings and support club programs and emergencies.

What We're Looking For:

What You Bring:

• Warm, friendly energy and great communication

• Comfortable building rapport quickly and juggling multiple tasks
• Willing to learn; apply new info and follow safety policies
• Basic knowledge of babysitting practices/techniques

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED (or at least 16 years old and a current high-school student in good standing)
• 6+ months of childcare/babysitting experience preferred
• CPR/AED (infant/child/adult) certification preferred
