Job summary

Onelife Fitness is seeking a Kids' Club Associate to create a safe, clean, and fun space where kids can play while parents relax. You will greet families, lead age-appropriate activities, and manage check-in/check-out according to club standards.

You will engage children with games and crafts, supervise free play, and respond to their needs with care while maintaining a spotless, organized space and following safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (or at least 16 years old and a current high-school student in good standing).
• 6+ months of childcare/babysitting experience preferred.
• CPR/AED certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet families and handle check-in, drop-off, and pick-up per club standards.
• Engage kids with games, crafts, and activities; supervise free play.
• Respond to each child's physical and emotional needs with care.
• Keep the space spotless and safe—sanitize toys/equipment and follow safety procedures.
• Label belongings, track parent info, and complete simple paperwork.
• Communicate with parents; elevate questions/concerns to a manager as needed.
• Attend required meetings/trainings and support club programs and emergencies.
• Work a flexible schedule (mornings, evenings, weekends).
