Onelife Fitness is seeking a friendly Kids’ Club Associate to create a safe, clean, and fun space for members and their children. You will welcome families, lead age-appropriate activities, and help ensure smooth operation of the Kids’ Club.

You’ll supervise play, sanitize equipment, follow safety policies, and communicate with parents and managers. A flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required or candidate is at least 16 years old and a current high-school student in good standing
• 6+ months of childcare or babysitting experience preferred
• CPR/AED certification preferred

Responsabilités

• Respond to each child’s physical and emotional needs with care
• Keep the space spotless and safe—sanitize toys/equipment and follow safety procedures
• Label belongings, track parent info, and complete simple paperwork
• Communicate with parents; elevate questions/concerns to a manager as needed
• Attend required meetings/trainings and support club programs and emergencies
• Work a flexible schedule (mornings, evenings, weekends)

As a Kids’ Club Associate, you create a safe, clean, and fun space where kids can play and parents can relax. You’ll welcome families, lead age-appropriate activities, and keep everything running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For
