Job summary

US Fitness is seeking a Kids' Club Associate to create a safe, clean, and fun space for our littlest members and their families. You will welcome families, lead age-appropriate activities, supervise free play, and ensure a smooth, secure environment.

The role requires warmth, reliability, and strong communication, with a willingness to learn and follow safety policies. You may work mornings, evenings, and weekends, joining a team that values care, safety, and community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or be at least 16 and in good standing.
• 6+ months of childcare/babysitting experience preferred.
• CPR/AED certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet families and manage check-in and pick-up.
• Lead age-appropriate activities and supervise play.
• Respond to children's physical and emotional needs.
• Keep space clean and sanitize toys per safety procedures.
• Record parent information and basic paperwork.
• Communicate concerns to a manager as needed.
• Attend meetings and support club programs.
• Follow flexible scheduling (mornings/evenings/weekends).

As a Kids' Club Associate, you create a safe, clean, and fun space where kids can play and parents can relax. You'll welcome families, lead age-appropriate activities, and keep everything running smoothly.

What We're Looking For:

• Greet families and handle check-in, drop-off, and pick-up per club standards
• Engage kids with games, crafts, and activities; supervise free play
• Respond to each child's physical and emotional needs with care
• Keep the space spotless and safe-sanitize toys/equipment and follow safety procedures
• Label belongings, track parent info, and complete simple paperwork
• Communicate with parents; elevate questions/concerns to a manager as needed
• Let parents/manager know if a child needs attention beyond Kids' Club capacity
• Attend required meetings/trainings and support club programs and emergencies
• Work a flexible schedule (mornings, evenings, weekends)

What You Bring:

• Warm, friendly energy and great communication
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented with a can-do attitude
• Comfortable building rapport quickly and juggling multiple tasks
• Willing to learn; apply new info and follow safety policies
• Basic knowledge of babysitting practices/techniques

Qualifications:
