Job summary

Onelife Fitness Towson is seeking a Kids’ Club Associate to create a safe, clean, and fun space for little members while parents work out. You’ll greet families, supervise play, lead age-appropriate activities, and respond to each child’s needs with warmth and care.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED (or be 16+), 6+ months of childcare experience, and CPR/AED certification preferred. The position offers a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, and weekends, with member

Responsibilities

• Greet families and manage check-in, drop-off, and pick-up.
• Engage kids with games, crafts, and activities; supervise free play.
• Respond to each child’s physical and emotional needs with care.
• Keep the space spotless and safe—sanitize toys/equipment and follow safety procedures.
• Label belongings, track parent info, and complete simple paperwork.
• Communicate with parents; elevate questions/concerns to a manager as needed.
• Attend required meetings/trainings and support club programs and emergencies.
• Work a flexible schedule (mornings, evenings, weekends).

What We’re Looking For

Qualifications
