Job summary

US Fitness is seeking a Kids' Club Associate to create a safe, clean, and fun space for children while parents relax. You will welcome families, lead age-appropriate activities, and ensure the area runs smoothly.

The position requires a high school diploma or current student status, with preference for childcare experience and CPR certification. Flexible schedule includes mornings, evenings, and weekends, with full-time benefits such as medical and 401(k).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or at least 16 years old and a current high‑school student in good standing.
• 6+ months of childcare/babysitting experience preferred.
• CPR/AED (infant/child/adult) certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet families and handle check-in, drop-off, and pick-up per club standards.
• Engage kids with games, crafts, and activities; supervise free play.
• Respond to each child's physical and emotional needs with care.
• Keep the space spotless and safe – sanitize toys/equipment and follow safety procedures.
• Label belongings, track parent info, and complete simple paperwork.
• Communicate with parents; elevate questions/concerns to a manager as needed.
• Let parents/manager know if a child needs attention beyond Kids' Club capacity.
• Attend required meetings/trainings and support club programs and emergencies.
• Work a flexible schedule (mornings, evenings, weekends).
