Onelife Fitness is hiring a Kids’ Club Associate to create a safe, clean, and engaging space for children while parents relax. You will greet families, supervise activities, and address children’s needs with care in a fast-paced club environment.

Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness, assisting with check-in, and communicating with parents and managers. A flexible schedule—including mornings, evenings, and weekends—is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or you are at least 16 years old and a current high-school student in good standing.
• 6+ months childcare/babysitting experience preferred.
• CPR/AED certification preferred.

• Keep the space spotless and safe—sanitize toys/equipment and follow safety procedures.
• Label belongings, track parent info, and complete simple paperwork.
• Communicate with parents; elevate questions/concerns to a manager as needed.
• Let parents/manager know if a child needs attention beyond Kids’ Club capacity.
• Attend required meetings/trainings and support club programs and emergencies.
• Work a flexible schedule (mornings, evenings, weekends).

As a Kids’ Club Associate, you create a safe, clean, and fun space where kids can play and parents can relax. You’ll welcome families, lead age-appropriate activities, and keep everything running smoothly.
