Job summary

US Fitness in Alpharetta, GA invites you to join as a Kids' Club Associate. Create a safe, clean, and fun space where children can play while parents relax. You will lead age-appropriate activities, greet families, manage check-in/out, and support club programs.

The ideal candidate brings warmth, reliability, and strong communication, plus basic babysitting knowledge and a willingness to learn and follow safety policies. This is a full-time on-site role with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; minimum age 16.
• Childcare experience preferred (6+ months).
• CPR/AED certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet families and handle check-in, drop-off, and pick-up per club standards
• Engage kids with games and activities; supervise free play
• Respond to children's needs with care
• Keep space clean and safe, sanitize toys/equipment
• Label belongings and handle simple paperwork
• Communicate with parents; escalate to a manager as needed
• Inform on any child needing attention beyond capacity
• Attend meetings and support club programs
• Work a flexible schedule (mornings, evenings, weekends)

As a Kids' Club Associate, you create a safe, clean, and fun space where kids can play and parents can relax. You'll welcome families, lead age-appropriate activities, and keep everything running smoothly.

What We're Looking For:

• Greet families and handle check-in, drop-off, and pick-up per club standards
• Engage kids with games, crafts, and activities; supervise free play
• Respond to each child's physical and emotional needs with care
• Keep the space spotless and safe-sanitize toys/equipment and follow safety procedures
• Label belongings, track parent info, and complete simple paperwork
• Communicate with parents; escalated questions/concerns to a manager as needed
• Let parents/manager know if a child needs attention beyond Kids' Club capacity
• Attend required meetings/trainings and support club programs and emergencies
• Work a flexible schedule (mornings, evenings, weekends)

What You Bring:

• Warm, friendly energy and great communication

• Comfortable building rapport quickly and juggling multiple tasks
• Willing to learn; apply new info and follow safety policies
• Basic knowledge of babysitting practices/techniques

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED (or at least 16 years old and a current high-school student in good standing)
• 6+ months of childcare/babysitting experience preferred
• CPR/AED (infant/child/adult) certification preferred
