Job summary

US Fitness is seeking a Kids' Club Associate to welcome families, supervise play, and maintain a safe, clean space. You’ll greet families at check-in, lead age-appropriate activities, and respond to children's needs with care while following club safety policies.

Ideal candidates bring 6+ months of childcare experience, a high school diploma or GED, and CPR/AED certification preferred. This full-time role offers benefits and a friendly team environment in Sterling, VA.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or student in good standing (16+).
• 6+ months of childcare/babysitting experience preferred.
• CPR/AED certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet families and handle check-in, drop-off, and pick-up per club standards.
• Engage kids with games, crafts, and activities; supervise free play.
• Respond to each child’s physical and emotional needs with care.
• Keep the space clean and safe; sanitize toys/equipment and follow safety procedures.
• Label belongings, track parent info, and complete simple paperwork.
• Communicate with parents; escalate questions/concerns to a manager as needed.
• Let parents/manager know if a child needs attention beyond Kids' Club capacity.
• Attend required meetings/trainings and support club programs and emergencies.
• Work a flexible schedule (mornings, evenings, weekends).
