Skilz for Kids Milpitas is seeking a General Manager to lead our KidStrong center. You will drive pre-opening momentum, recruit and coach staff, and build relationships with families to deliver exceptional programs.

You will manage operations, sales, and vendor relationships, while developing a high-energy, growth-focused team. This role requires a proactive leader ready to shape a vibrant community for kids and their families.

Qualifications

• Coaching experience with children.
• Management experience in a leadership role.
• Strong communication with parents and staff.
• CPR certification demonstrates safety readiness.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-sale momentum and grand opening prep.
• Own pre-sale membership pipeline and conversion targets.
• Recruit, screen, and onboard coaches before opening.
• Develop coaching team and culture aligned with KidStrong values.
• Oversee center operations, KPIs, and customer service.
• Schedule weekly leadership meetings and coordinate staff.
