Job summary

KidStrong Milpitas is seeking a General Manager to lead a dynamic team and deliver an exceptional member experience. You will drive pre-opening momentum, recruit staff, and coordinate community outreach to build a thriving center.

You will oversee sales, enrollments, and operations, implementing the KidStrong curriculum with a focus on safety, development, and engagement for children and families. Compensation includes base plus performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Athletic coaching background and passion for working with children.
• Management experience is required.
• Strong communication with parents and guardians.
• Proven ability to recruit and train staff.
• Experience with scheduling and event coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-sale membership pipeline and hit enrollment targets.
• Build community presence through events and partner outreach.
• Recruit, screen, and onboard coaches ahead of opening.
• Complete HQ certifications in Frisco, Texas within 30 days.
• Manage center operations and drive KPIs post-opening.
• Oversee sales and bookings for events and programs.
