Job summary

The Kids Events Team Member at Life Time Inc. leads children through a variety of activities including rock climbing, swimming, arts & crafts, gym games and more, while weaving nutrition education and safety into themed sessions for ages 3 to 13.

You will supervise groups of up to 10, model a positive demeanor, ensure safety, and assist with event promotion and budget-conscious use of supplies.

Qualifications

• 1 year of related experience required.
• Ability to tolerate loud noises and stand/walk for shifts.
• Evening and weekend availability required.

Responsibilities

• Engage children with arts, crafts, games, and activities.
• Lead groups of up to 10 kids aged 3–13 with a positive attitude.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness of activities and spaces.
• Promote monthly events to boost participation and revenue.
• Manage supplies and snacks within budgeted amounts.
