Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Kids Events Team Member to guide children through interactive activities such as rock climbing, swimming, arts & crafts, and gym games, while weaving nutrition education into themed experiences.

You will supervise groups of up to 10 children aged 3–13, uphold safety and cleanliness, promote monthly events, and model a positive, engaging demeanor in a busy family-friendly club environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of related experience.
• First Aid required within the first 60 days of hire.
• CPR/AED required within the first 60 days of hire.
• Ability to tolerate loud noises.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Engages children in interactive activities including organized arts and crafts, singing, sports activities, games while maintaining a safe environment.
• Leads a group of up to 10 children ages 3-13 with a fun, positive and outgoing attitude while acting as a role model.
• Demonstrates courtesy, service, cooperation, hospitality and professionalism to customers.
• Maintains cleanliness and order of activities and programming to ensure safety.
• Promotes monthly events and activities to increase participation and revenue.
• Ensures supplies, snacks and drinks follow department budget.
