Job summary

Life Time Inc. in Chesterfield, Missouri seeks a Kids Events Team Member to guide children aged 3–13 through rock climbing, swimming, arts and crafts, gym games and themed activities while integrating nutrition education and maintaining a safe, fun environment.

You will lead groups of up to 10 children, model positive behavior, help run monthly events, manage materials, and ensure snacks and supplies align with budget, with availability for evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1 year of related experience is required.
• First Aid must be obtained within the first 60 days of hire.
• Infant/Child and Adult CPR/AED certification is required within 60 days of hire.
• Ability to tolerate loud noises in activity areas.
• Ability to stand, walk, use hands and climb ladders frequently.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Engages children in interactive activities such as crafts, singing, sports and games while maintaining safety.
• Leads a group of up to 10 children ages 3-13 with a positive, engaging approach.
• Demonstrates courteous, professional behavior toward customers and teammates.
• Keeps activities clean and organized to ensure safety and quality.
• Promotes monthly events and activities to increase participation and revenue.
• Manages supplies, snacks and drinks within department budget.
