Job summary

Life Time’s Naperville Academy/Child Center seeks a dedicated manager to oversee safety, engagement, and daily operations for junior members. You will partner with the Kids Manager to ensure outstanding experiences for families and staff, including events, programming, and staff development.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, payroll oversight within budget, and staff training to maintain a high-quality child care environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of experience teaching or working in a children’s program.
• 2 years of supervisory/management experience.
• Certification required within 60 days of hire: Kids On-Demand, First Aid, CPR/AED.

Responsibilities

• Provides exceptional customer service and a safe, clean, and friendly environment for Members and Guests.
• Promotes and assists in events/programming to drive participation and revenue.
• Manages payroll within budget and advises the Kids Manager as needed.
• Supports Kids team members with training, feedback, and coaching.
• Handles casting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding of kids team members.
