Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of experience teaching or working in a children's program.
• 2 years of supervisory/management experience.
• First Aid and CPR certifications required within the first 60 days.
• Successful completion of Kids On-Demand Certifications before start.

Responsibilities

• Provides exceptional customer service and a safe, clean, and friendly environment for Members and Guests.
• Promotes and assists in events/programming and drives participation and revenue.
• Manages payroll within budgetary guidelines and supports the Kids Manager.
• Coaches and develops Kids team members; conducts hiring and onboarding.
• Manages inventory and supplies for the Academy/Child Center and events.
