Job summary

Life Time Inc. in Cary, NC is seeking an Academy/Child Center Manager to ensure safety, engagement and smooth daily operations for members and kids. You will partner with the Kids Manager and team to deliver exceptional experiences during programming and events.

You will oversee payroll within budget, lead hiring and training of the kids team, and ensure access to supplies and equipment for activities, ensuring a high standard of customer service at all times.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with children and youth programs is essential.
• Certification in First Aid/CPR within the first 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe, clean, and engaging environment for members and guests.
• Support Kids Manager with events/programming and drive participation and revenue.
• Oversee payroll within budget and advise Kids Manager as needed.
• Supervise and develop Kids team members through training and coaching.
• Handle hiring, onboarding and performance of kids staff.
• Manage inventory and procurement of supplies, toys and equipment.
