Job summary

SHOE SHOW, INC. operates SHOE SHOW MEGA STORE #129 in Norton, VA. The Keyholder will assist the Store Manager in guiding the team, delivering friendly, knowledgeable service, and driving store productivity.

You will manage daily operations, supervise opening/closing tasks, and support sales, cashiering, stocking, and transfers. This role offers leadership opportunities and a strong customer-first environment.

Qualifications

• One year prior management/supervisory experience.
• One year retail experience preferred.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Passion for excellent customer service.
• Available various hours including AM/PM and weekends.
• Able to operate company computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store, manage registers, and count cash.
• Prepare bank deposits and balance daily receipts.
• Ensure balanced staffing coverage and support the team.
• Tag merchandise, apply promotions, and set up security sensors.
• Engage customers to promote sales and build brand loyalty.
