Family Dollar LLC is seeking an energetic store associate to deliver excellent customer service and support daily store operations in Mars Hill, Maine. You will greet customers, assist with merchandise selection, process sales at the POS, and help maintain inventory and store cleanliness.

The role requires flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with responsibilities including stocking, opening/closing duties, and supporting the Store Manager as needed.

Qualifications

• Greeting customers and assisting with merchandise selection and location.
• Ability to communicate store policies and procedures to team members.
• Must be able to explain promotions and add-on items to customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries.
• Accept and process sales transactions using the POS system.
• Assist in unloading deliveries and stocking shelves.
• Open or close the store in the absence of management.
• Support inventory and asset protection efforts.
