Torrid Pittsburgh (South Hills Village) is seeking a Keyholder to support the store team with opening and closing operations and to deliver an amazing shopping experience.

You’ll partner with management to meet KPI goals, lead selling skills, assist with merchandising, and handle register functions to boost add-on sales. The role requires a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Previous specialty/apparel retail management experience with proven ability to lead teams.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while delivering great customer experiences.
• Fashion awareness and adaptability to trends.

Responsabilités

• Partner with management to meet store KPIs and goals.
• Lead selling skills and customer service to foster loyalty.
• Assist with merchandise strategies and maintain inviting store environment.
• Perform register functions and drive add-on sales.
• Act as Manager on Duty when Store Management is out.
• Work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights, and weekends.
