Torrid in the United States seeks a confident Keyholder to support store management, open and close daily operations, and deliver an exceptional shopping experience.

You will lead by example in selling, coach the team on customer service, support merchandising, handle register duties, and serve as Manager on Duty when needed, with a flexible schedule including holidays.

This role requires prior specialty apparel retail management experience and a passion for fashion trends.

Qualifications

• Previous specialty/apparel retail management experience with proven sales performance.
• Ability to lead teams to success in a fast-paced environment.
• Be fashion-focused and stay current with trends.

Responsibilities

• Assist store management in achieving KPI goals.
• Lead by example in selling and customer service.
• Support merchandising strategies and maintain inviting store environment.
• Handle register duties and drive add-on sales.
• Act as Manager on Duty when Store Management is absent.
• Work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights, and weekends.
