Job summary

Lilly Pulitzer is seeking a part-time Keyholder to assist with daily store operations, enhance client experience, and safeguard assets. The role supports the sales team, drives sales, and maintains brand standards in line with Lilly Pulitzer values.

Responsibilities include opening/closing the store, managing cash procedures, and offering excellent service while embodying the brand's lifestyle. Flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, may be required.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience in fashion or retail preferred.
• Excellent communication with clients, colleagues, and management.
• Problem solving and decision‑making skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft and Apple technology.
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
• Knowledge of XStore and Tulip is a plus.
• Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds.
• Able to stand and move around the store during shift hours.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by providing exceptional client experience and supporting the sales team.
