Qualifications

• Proven retail experience, preferably in cosmetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, personalized customer service.
• Desirable experience with cash reconciliation and opening/closing duties.
• Supervisory/coaching experience to drive sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets.
• Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager in daily store operations.
• Conduct start/end of day cash reconciliation and cash-handling responsibilities.
• Open and close the store on a scheduled basis and oversee staff during shifts.
