Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in delivering exceptional, personalized customer service and achieving sales targets.

You will oversee cash reconciliation, open and close procedures on a rotating basis, and use your retail expertise to ensure smooth daily operations and a strong customer experience. This role offers opportunities for career progression within a leader in prestige beauty.

Qualifications

Proven retail experience within cosmetics or beauty is required.
Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
Experience with cash reconciliation and opening/closing store operations is desirable.
Previous supervisory experience including coaching/mentoring to achieve sales targets is desirable.
Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and events.
Experience with retail POS software.

Responsibilities

Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure smooth store operations.
Lead by example to deliver inspirational customer service and meet sales targets.
Carry out start and end of day cash reconciliation and open/close responsibilities on a rota basis.
